PRICE DROP - 59R Admiral Road - ANNEX
Yesterday, I posted a price drop for a coach house at 41 Castle Frank Road in South Rosedale...
It was a coach house that I posted 2 days after I initially posted this coach house at 59R Admiral Road in the Annex.
Both were 2 bedrooms with parking on similar lots.
This place was listed at $1,595,000 and because of the location, I thought it would sell closer to $1,850,000.
Two days later, the Castle Frank house was listed at $2,250,000.
So, either the Castle Frank house was way over priced, or this place was a steal.
A week later, this house apparently sold (or did it, I do not know) for $1,595,000.
Yesterday, I posted the price drop for 41 Castle Frank Road...
The same day this house also had a price drop.
The new asking price for this house is...
$1,495,000.
So...Castle Frank is WAY overpriced or something is wrong with this place because this price seems low to me.
