PRICE DROP - 41 Castle Frank Road - ROSEDALE
At the beginning of October, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom coach house on a 20.5 x 130 foot lot with 2 parking spaces at 41 Castle Frank Road in South Rosedale.
It was the day after I posted a 2 bedroom coach house at 59R Admiral Road in the Annex.
Of the two, I definitely preferred the Annex house, and with a price of $1,595,000, it was a much better value.
Apparently that house sold for asking but was back on the market within a week.
I am not sure if it ever sold, but it is now off the market.
This house was listed at $2,250,000, and considering the differences in the prices of the 2 houses, I thought either this was WAY overpriced or Admiral was underpriced.
Turns out, this was overpriced.
It has had a price drop...
To $1,890,000.
That's a good drop buuuuut...
I dunno. I think it's still a little too high.
