PRICE DROP - 47 Bennington Heights Drive - BENNINGTON HEIGHTS
A little over a week ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 103 foot lot with a garage and 2 parking spots at 47 Bennington Heights Drive.
It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...
When it was listed at $1,649,000 in 2013.
Overall, I liked the style of the house. There were just a few things that I wasn't crazy about like the placement of the fridge in the kitchen, the sliding doors and windows opposed to a big wall of doors, and the big open space at the front door. I have no idea what that was for.
It was listed at $3,250,000.
Considering that the house at 9 Burnham Road...
Sold for $3,200,000 in November 2014...
This price didn't seem too far off.
But I guess it was a little too much and the flippers don't want to sit on this house because the price has just been dropped...
To $2,996,000.
