AND IT WENT FOR - 337 Cleveland Street - DAVISVILLE VILLAGE (1 Comment)

Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 20 x 150 foot lot at 337 Cleveland Street in Davisville Village.

It was a house that I first posted in 2012 right after it had been built by Ja Architecture Studio and Arta Design and Build who named it 'The Offset House'.  It had recently been featured on other websites such as The Contemporist and Design Boom.

The asking price then was $1,625,000.  By July of the next year, it was down to $1,399,000.  It finally sold in September 2014 for $1,375,000.

Two weeks ago, it was back on the market for For $1,880,000.

It sold last week...

For $1,888,000.*
