56B Clarendon Avenue - SOUTH HILL, TORONTO (3 Comments)
This a 2 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with a garage on a 16.69 x 150 foot at 56B Clarendon Avenue in South Hill in Toronto.
I first posted it in 2012 when it was listed at $1,299,000.
In 2009, the house attached at 56A Clarendon Avenue was listed at $739,000 so I thought this place would sell closer to $1,129,000.
According to a reader, it sold for $1,415,000.
Almost a year later in 2013, the attached house that had been listed in 2009 was on the market for $1,549,000. Though the houses were attached, the interior was very different with that house having a dark kitchen and this house having very bright, white kitchen.
After a few price drops, that house eventually sold for $1,500,000.
Then in 2015, the neighbour at 56 Clarendon went on the market for $1,698,000. And of all the houses, it was probably the most 'done' but it had a lot of wood.
Now this house that doesn't seem to have had any changes accept some work to the backyard (and a lot of orange accents added, even orange soap) is back on the market for...
$1,895,000.
I don't see why this would sit for long.
