AND IT WENT FOR - 101 Northcote Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE, TORONTO

Three weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a detached garage on a 17.25 x 123 foot lot at 101 Northcote Avenue in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.

It was the house attached to the mirror image house at 103 Northcote Avenue that I posted in August.

Both were good houses but I preferred this one.

The house at 103 was initally listed at $2,489,000 with a price drop to $2,389,000 and then to $2,279,000 a couple of weeks later. It never sold and the listing has since been terminated.

This house came on the market at $2,179,000.

I thought it would sell fast, especially if they threw in a couple of this…

After 2 weeks on the market, it sold last week for…

$2,110,000.
