AND IT WENT FOR - 232 Rose Park Drive - MOORE PARK, TORONTO

In September, I posted this 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a detached garage and a parking pad on a 37.41 x 144.25 foot lot at 232 Rose Park Drive in Moore Park, Toronto.

It was a great family house in a family friendly neighbourhood with a large family room, a mud room, and a huge basement.

It was listed at $4,800,000.

I thought the small back yard may be an issue and some people didn’t love the location of the mud room. Otherwise, it was a good house.

But it didn’t sell and the price was dropped a month and a half ago to $4,495,000.

It sold a little over 2 weeks ago for $4,430,000.
