11 Brookfield Street - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE, TORONTO
That was fast!
Almost a year ago to the day, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 16.67 x 125 foot lot with a garage at 11 Brookfield Street in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.
It was a house that I had previously posted in 2013 when it was on the market for $629,900. It sold for $770,000.
Between that listing and the listing in 2018, from what I could see, the floors were changed, the kitchen was updated, the old banister was replaced with a glass railing, and the upstairs bathroom was redone. The asking price that time around was $999,000.
It sold for $1,225,000.
It is now back on the market (with a new paint job*) for…
$1,225,000.
Not sure why they are selling so soon but, for the owner’s sake, it would be good if this didn’t sell at their ask.
And to be honest, unless there are issues that I am not aware of, I don’t see why it wouldn’t.
*EDIT: apparently the basement was renovated and the house and garage roof were replaced.
