Two weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 16 x 94 foot lot at 245 Major Street in Harbord Village in Toronto.

It was a house that has been for lease over the past few years.

But since the last time it was leased out in 2017, the house has had some work done like the floors on the first and second floor, a new kitchen, and a new bathroom.

The house wasn’t fully done but it showed well on the first and second floor.

The asking price was $1,499,000.
