I love this place.
It kind of reminds me of a cross between the darker house at 5211 Tenth Line in Erin, Ontario…
And the house at 29 Ch. de l'Université in Hatley, Quebec…
But this one is BY FAR my favourite.
It was recently featured in the May 2019 issue of Canadian House and Home magazine…
And according to that article, it is owned by Alim, a VP with Adidas Group and Kevin, a real estate agent (and the listing agent), whose Instagram account I have been following for a while..
Because I love this house.
It is a 4+3 bedroom, 4+1 bathroom, 5,964 square foot house overlooking Georgian Bay at 827084 Grey Road 40 in the Blue Mountains norht west of Collingwood.
And the view is amazing.

And I’m into all of it.
But though I just found this place was on the market, it has apparently been on the market since the beginning of April when this video came out…
The asking price is $4,495,000. Is that too much? I don’t know. If I had that money and was looking for a place in that area…
This would be the one.
