In January, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2880 square foot house on a 16 x 137 foot lot at 115 Harrison Street in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.

It was a house that had looked like this when it was listed in 2019…

It sold then for $1,050,000 and was back on the market with a full renovation in January for $3,439,000.

When I posted it, I had posted a neighbour at 140 Harrison Street the day before that was also a 3 bedroom but was detached. It had just had a price drop from its initial November listing at $3,850,000 down to $3,799,000.

I wondered which would sell first but they would probably both need price drops before they sold.

In the first week of February, this house had a drop to $3,300,000. A week later, 140 Harrison had a price drop to $3,769,000.

At the end of February, this had another drop to $2,953,000.

And because of that aggressive drop, it looks like this house was the winner as it just sold…

For $2,850,000.

Wonder when 140 Harrison will have another drop.
