Okay. This house is a MESS. And I am not talking about all the 8 tracks and extension cords.

This house, for some insane reason, has the staircase literally in the centre of the house. Why the hell is that happening!?! The floors on the second floor slope like nobodies business and the bathrooms are not nice.

I can't tell who lives here. There are 8 tracks galore but then there are a bunch of kids VHS movies like Pocahontas, and bath toys, and Cetaphil face wash...

If I could, I would buy and gut this place in a heartbeat. The neighbourhood is great (including the YMCA Women's Shelter across the street), there are great schools, and when you are done, this place will be worth $2,600,000. AT LEAST.
