Price Drops!!! 2000 Strathallen Woods Place and 239 Snowden Avenue
2000 Strathallen Woods Place, located on Kempenfelt Bay in Barrie has had a price drop of almost 14% from $2,249,000 to $1,975,000.
I think it is still a little overpriced but for a unique place that can be used as a cottage, chalet, or even prime residence only an hour away from Toronto, it doesn't seem so bad.
It will stay on the market for a little longer at this price though...

239 Snowdon Avenue has dropped its price by just over 6% from $1,650,000 to $1,550,000. It is still over priced and should have been listed originally at $1,499,000 to get the under $1.5's attention. It's a nice reno and should have had as many people going through it as possible.
I suspect it will sell soon but my guess is that the owners will take a lower price than even their existing list price. Time will tell...
