I am not so sure about the layout of this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom home in Yorkville/Annex.  Priced at $3,998,000.  That would really bother me that the dining room is basically in the front hall even though it has a great fireplace.

But the great room in the back almost makes you forget about that.  And that basement is pretty amazing.  

This is a huge lot in Yorkville but there are many changes I would want to make to this place.  Firstly, that mirror under the stairs has to go.  Orange marble in the bathrooms?  Marble stairs are interesting...

And is there no door on the master bath?  You would have to shut the bedroom curtains if you wanted to brush your teeth unless you wanted the neighbours to see you.  That is a bit odd.

Definitely some quirks in this place but I think I would rather live here than this 'French' home around the corner. 

But seriously, who is kidding who, I am not moving into a $4 million house any time soon.  I just like to talk about them.
