This 5,000 square foot 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the Westmount Flats is a beautiful townhouse in Montreal, listed at $2,699,000.
It has recenlty been renovated and they did a nice job. I don't understand how a house this large only has 3 bedrooms.
It reminds me a little of last week's mishMASH except this one looks like a flip because it is empty. And the furniture doesn't match. That bed with the awful blue duvet is not from the same house as that family room. At least it shouldn't be. This is an example of extreme mixing of old and new.
But this house could be great with the right furniture (and a different banister). Those floors are amazing. And it has a huge refrigerated wine cellar!
Unfortunately there are only 3 bedrooms. There may be 2 in the basement but that is a little weird if you are a family.
And what is up with the creepy statue of a 3 foot tall naked women standing next to to the bed!?!
