Bungalow on 60 foot lot sells for $1,180,800. WHY is this so shocking?
So a bungalow in North York that is located on a 60 foot lot went for $421,800 over asking. I am confused why people find this so shocking that it sold for a little over a million. This is the closest you can get near transit, the highway, the city with the option to build whatever you want....on a HUGE lot in a large Metropolitan city. When houses that looked like this years ago were torn down and are now being sold for $3,000,000, why isn't this then a good investment?
This is not an indication of the market being overpriced or of pricing first time home buyers out of the market. This is an example of great lots being snatched up by those realizing the land value of a big lot in a great city .
That's all I have to say about this.
Beautiful Home on Bowen Island, BC.
This home on Bowen Island is beautiful. Not quite what I thought it would be on the inside...but I love it.
