I like this house. It is understated and large without seeming large. It is 4+1 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and sits on a 105 x 206 foot lot.
It has ceiling medallions which I am not crazy about but they kind of work in this house. It's everything this house in Forest Hill wanted to be but didn't quite accomplish.
They actually aren't even comparable.
The Forest Hill house is listed at $4,295,000.
This house is listed at $2,598,000.
Kind of makes a good argument for Mississauga!
I don't understand why the dining room table is on an angle though...or why the 3rd bedroom wing has a separate entrance. That would be amazing if you were a teenager!!
