PRICE DROP - 115 Concord Avenue - BICKFORD PARK

This flip has been listed since January 2012.

It was initially listed at $1,098,000.  I was a little underwhelmed by the place and I am still not sure what that thing is on the back porch.

Guess I wasn't the only one underwhelmed because it had a price drop to $999,000 last week.

Considering that the house at 304 Crawford sold for $1,095,000, I think this new price will bring in a lot more buyers.  Hopefully they don't outbid themselves (or fall for that 'phantom bid' thing!!)!
