PRICE DROP - 161 High Park Avenue - HIGH PARK

This gutter in High Park has been on the market since January.

It was initially priced at $1,149,000.

Even though the lot is 200 feet deep, I thought they were crazy and that they should price it at $899,000.

Well, looks like I wasn't the only person who thought it should be lower becauseit hasn't sold.

And yesterday, they dropped their price...

to $897,000.

That's more like it!

It will probably sell for $845,000.
