So, this guy has a nice car, nice shoes, nice clothes and glasses and he has a nice house. This guy drinks on patios in Yorkville and instead of Pellegrino, he drinks Perrier.
Whether that annoys you about this video or not, you have to admit that it is better than the average walk through!
And the house is pretty amazing!
They don't show the second bedroom but there is one listed and I guess the +1 is on the third floor, or maybe that is the second bedroom and the basement is finished with the +1.
This house was last listed in 2007 for $1,489,000. The listing said it was a contemporary design by RW and the garden was designed by Mark Hartley.
The design is terrific and even after 5 years, my guess is that not a lot has changed except the price.
So what is it listed for now?
$1,495,000.
Only $6,000 more than it was listed for 5 years ago!
What do you think the market is willing to pay for this place? People weren't willing to pay $1,839,000 for the place on the other side of Avenue at 107 Marlborough.
This house needs a specific buyer. But it is beautiful, with a nice, mostly maintenance free yard and parking. My guess is this will sell for $1,650,000. Is that nuts? I don't know. If the place at 34 Bishop in Yorkville sold for $1,139,000...is this $511,000 more house?
I am assuming the basement is finished as there are 3 washrooms in this house and if that is the case and it looks like the rest of the house, then yes, it is that much more house.
