33 Lowther Avenue - ANNEX
You have to admit that though this house doesn't look very big from the front, it is quite large inside and VERY well done.
The doors and window are amazing, the kitchen is new and there is a large family room at the back.
The back deck is kind of small (not sure how this fits into the plans shown) and there is no way that I wouldn't fall into that little pond at some point.
This house is currently for sale but as an exclusive sale so there are no current photos. These photos come from the last time it sold in 2011. The floor plans are current.
In September 2011 this house sold for an apparent $2,300,000. It was listed at $2,479,000.
It is now listed at $4,200,000!!!!
$1,900,000 more than it sold for just nine months ago!!! And apparently no changes have been made.
Really!?!
I agree it is nice but this is a semi with a massive apartment building looking into it and blocking a lot of south facing sun.
When this house at 405 Brunswick is still listed at $2,295,000, I don't understand how this can now be listed at $4,200,000.
Did they get to this price based on the October 2011 selling price of this semi at 28 Bernard that needed some work? It sold for $2,175,000 but even with $1,000,000 in renos, it is still ONE million dollars less than the asking price for this place.
There is no WAY they are going to get close to asking.
Unless they made $2,000,000 in changes but from what I understand, they didn't.
$2,800,000 MAYBE!!
