9 Parkcrest Drive - SYLVAN PARK
The style of this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 100 x 239 foot lot just east of the Bluffs and west of Guildwood Village isn't my style but it is a lot of house for the price.
It is listed at $1,899,000.
It was initially listed in March at $2,175,000 and they dropped the price at the beginning of May.
What do you think? Still too expensive?
They do have a lot of Pellegrino...in the kitchen AND the basement!
