The flip I posted on Friday has been taken off the market.

It did not sell on offer night and it is no longer listed.

Guess the owner/builder was looking for a bidding war and didn't get it.

I thought this would got for it's asking price of $929,900, if not a little higher.

If the house at 217 Bain sold for $900,000....
