The semi in the Annex with the nice furniture and lights (and amazing bathroom) has had a  price drop.

It was initially listed at $1,775,000 or $1,774,900 depending on where you looked.

It is now listed at $1,749,900.

It is still too high.  I said $1,674,900 in mid-July but even that might be too high!  It's the parking.  That's a problem.
