4 May Square - ROSEDALE (UPDATE)
That is a weird listing photo above! It looks like a computer rendering, not an old Rosedale home!
If you are curious to see what this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 26 x 385 lot looks like from the street, you will need to look at the Google street view (from one street over as the streetview doesn't go down May Square)...
This ravine lot home is listed at $2,995,000. That is going to put some added pressure on the semi at 31 Dunbar that has been on the market for a year. The last price drop was more in line with what it should have been to begin with so I thought it would sell. Now, with this house on the market...they will probably have to drop the price again.
This house has one less bedroom (though that office could be made into a bedroom) but it has a large kitchen, a mudroom, and it is located on a VERY quiet street. I don't think there is much of a yard as it is on a ravine but the deck is a good size. And it has a garage that is accessed from another street.
I really love the concrete in the kitchen but that stainless steel would need a lot of attention especially with kids. But if you are into the clean look and are okay with wiping away fingerprints all the time, then this is the kitchen.
I really wish there was a floor plan because I can't quite figure out this layout. I think the dining room is to the right of that white couch.
The price for this place is tough as it is only 3+1 bedrooms but it is a unique ravine lot (though the neighbours look right onto the deck). And the street is great.
I don't think this will stay on the market for long.
Is it me or does that master bedroom bed look REALLY short?
UPDATE: thanks to the reader who sent in the link to the floor plans. I have added them below. And unless you want that extra bedroom to be an adjacent bedroom through the master bath, that room is staying as an office. Hmm.
