This will probably be the fate of this 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 60.71 x 131.29 foot lot.......

But there are still many houses in this neighbourhood that have remained standing so perhaps this will be a reno.  

The front steps need to be replaced, the backyard needs work, the kitchen and bathrooms need to go...

But this could be a great house!

The front door and bedspread remind me of the 3+2 bedroom Hogg's Hollow house at 12 York Valley Crescent that was listed at  $2,795,000.  

The living area is also very similar to the restored 3+3 bedroom Mississauga house at 805 Glenleven that is listed at $1,899,000.

And the kitchen reminds me of the restored 2 bedroom North Vancouver house at 4217 Capilano that was listed at $1,099,000.

If you like a mid-century house, this would be a great option once fixed up.  

But at $1,499,000 when the place needs a ton of work, not to mention some sort of access to the backyard from the back of the house....

The price seems quite high.

It will probably get torn down.
