SOLD - 377 Ontario Street - MOSS PARK
This house sold on Tuesday. It was initially listed in July for $669,000 but didn't sell.
From the looks of the Google streetview, this was a flip though I can't find the last price. I like the colours they have painted it but that fence seems to be a bit overbearing. Maybe a dark grey stain would have been less in your face.
The inside was done well though I am not crazy about the butter yellow walls. Maybe they show as a different yellow in real life.
The kitchen is IKEA, as is a lot of other stuff in this house. The office is IKEA, the bathroom sink is the Godmorgon, the dining room chairs are Hendriksdal...but it is all mixed with other pieces and fits in.
That is a great backyard! It looks long enough to do an extension like the neighbours if you want and still have a good sized yard. And there is a parking spot through the lane.
It was listed at $669,000 and sold for $660,000. Too much for Moss Park or a deal?
I think it was the right price.
