It is on a 29 x 125 foot lot. I can't find the listing on MLS so it has either sold or they haven't put it up yet but it looks like it has parking for at least one car.
With a little bit of paint, this house could be great! I find it dark and cold right now but that could change. I don't love the bathrooms but they are fine.
The backyard is great especially if you are into hot tubs....
This house is listed at $1,125,000.
Considering that a smaller house at 31 Fermanagh sold for $1,011,000 and that the house at 79 Fermanagh with no parking sold for $1,213,000, there is no way this place is only selling for asking.
I think it will probably sell for closer to $1,269,000...maybe higher.
