This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath semi on a 16.08 x 120 foot lot.
The interior isn't as up to date as the house down the street at 107 Marlborough that has had 3 price drops and is now listed at $1,689,000 but it is a lot cheaper.
This house is listed at $1,099,900.
I don't love the kitchen but I think if the hardware was changed, it could really make a difference. Same goes with the bathrooms and doorknobs.
Considering that a smaller house one street over at 143 Macpherson that needed more work eventually sold for $1,195,000 (after getting rid of the chintz), I don't see why this won't sell for asking or more.
The house has been well maintained and there is a legal parking spot in front.
And if I didn't think the people on Macpherson paid too much, I would even go up to $1,145,000 for this place.
But it is really only a 2 bedroom house with an open 3rd floor loft so I am sticking with asking.
Or you could buy the house on the other side of Yonge at 87 Summerhill for $1,995,000! I am seriously starting to think that was a typo and they meant to list it at $1,199,500.
