This house was listed in September for $1,495,00 and it sold just under asking for $1,450,000.
Everything about this house is great except maybe the traditional kitchen, which is nice but just super traditional, and that motel bedroom. What is with the bathtub being right in the bedroom!?!
I think whoever moves here will want to do minor changes, perhaps do a new kitchen and definitely something with that bathroom.
But the rest is great (if you like the circular staircase which for some reason I do in this house) and that backyard is amazing!
I think this was a really good price for a move in ready house on a great lot but for some reason I don't see it staying as is.
