172 The Bridle Path - BRIDLE PATH
This 5+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 128.23 x 567.61 foot lot backing on to St. Andrew's Gardens COULD be great but I am not loving it right now.
There is a lot to say about this place that just doesn't make sense but what really stands out is the kitchen. How did this kitchen get built in this house!?!
They should have at least done something more like the kitchen in Run's House...
Yes, I watched that show....but it's Run of Run DMC....
How could I not!?!
As I said, this house COULD be great. But it needs someone like 3rd Uncle Design Inc who designed The Razor House (or maybe Superkul) to do a major overhaul of this place.
This house is listed at $6,999,000
It will take millions to bring it up to date.
So, is this price insane?
The house down the street at 78 The Bridal Path that is done and was originally listed for $10,800,000 eventually sold under at $8,850,000.
This house will need at least $1,850,000 to fix it right (especially if you are spending that amount of money to begin with).
Considering that the lot is big enough to have a par 3 golf course (it only looks like a pitching green to me but still!), a tennis court, a pool and a huge house....
Maybe it's not so insane.
But before they show this place, I think they should take out that flower thing on top of the doorway to the kitchen.....that thing is terrible.
