This duplex at 14 Wolseley Street in Alexandra Park has been for sale since October when it was originally listed at $959,000.

It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20.5 x 65.54 foot lot.

Though it has been listed at $949,000 since January 3, oddly after not selling at its first price, they increased the price to $979,000 at the beginning of November.

I thought this house would sell fast but at $919,000, and after the price drop, I thought it would go even lower at $899,000.

Well it did sell under but not as much as I thought.

This house just sold for $940,000.
