PRICE DROP - 548 Richmond Street West - FASHION DISTRICT

This office building with a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom private residence on the top 2 floors has been for sale since June.  

I first posted it in July when it was listed at $4,200,000.

Since then, it has had a price drop that I didn't report.  In September, the price of this building was dropped to $3,990,000.

Clearly, it hasn't sold because the price has been dropped again.

This office building is now listed at $3,900,000. 

I think we are going to see another drop.
