This house is 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on a 40 x 128 foot lot.
Both are on corner lots but this house, to me, is just SOOOO much better.
And if you can get past the statue in the living room, this is a great family house.
I am not a fan of the glass in the family room and wish there were pocket doors or something between the dining room and the kitchen table, but otherwise, it is great.
Speaking of the kitchen, that is a party kitchen. I can just picture people hanging out there with lots of beer and wine.
The master bedroom is large and though the closet is through the bathroom, the toilet is at least closed off (with that glass again, not loving that).
The other bedrooms are a good size as well.
The basement is dug out (nice Marimeko FatBoy bean bag chair) and has a good bathroom as well.
And the backyard is really big.
The only downside is that it is a little close to Bathurst.
But for $2,089,000!?!
This is a LOT of house for the money.
This house will go fast and probably closer to $2,200,000....maybe $2,250,000.
