PRICE DROP #2- 4 Medalist Road - SAINT ANDREW'S
I first posted this 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 60.71 x 131.29 foot lot in September.
It was listed at $1,499,000.
It was the house that had the original version of the kitchen at 4217 Capilano in North Vancouver.

I thought the price for this house was a little high considering the work that needed to be done.
And it looks like other people felt the same way.
This house hasn't sold and, after dropping the price in October to $1,469,000, it is now listed at $1,399,000.
With a little bit of work, this could be a great house.
But is this the right neighbourhood for someone whe would want to fix this up instead of tearing it down?
I don't think so. At least not at this price. I think this might still be a little high.
