This nice 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a legal parking pad at 66 Summerhill Avenue on a 25 x 130 foot lot was listed last week.

The rooms aren't exactly huge but it is done and done well.  There is a lot about this house that I like but I think my favourite part is that fan above the stove.  As I have said before, I am not crazy about fans (no idea why) but they are necessary.  This was a great way to put it in but not make it the focus of the room.

All in all, this is a really solid house that has been well taken care of, it is move right in, and the backyard needs little maintenance with that astroturf!

It was listed at $1,850,000.

I thought it would sell close to $1,965,000.

It sold....

For $1,995,000.

It's a great house for the right price.
