And it went for....

I first posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 15 x 60 foot lot at 144 Manning Avenue in October 2011.

It was listed at $749,000.

I thought it was a great value until I saw the sneakers hanging from the wires out front.  

It didn't sell and there was a price drop in November 2011 to $649,000. It didn't sell at that price either and for some reason they increased the price one week later to $729,000!!!

It didn't sell and was relisted in February 2012 at $700,000.

I am but sure if it sold then or not but it was listed AGAIN on Febuary 17 2013 for $799,000.  It was either new owners or new stagers because things had been changed (for the better).

But the new staging didn't help it sell and the price was dropped at the beginning of March 2013....

To $779,900.

It sold 10 days later...

For $760,000.

Someone must have gotten rid of the sneakers.
