This house has been listed since January 2012.

It was first listed at $1,799,000.  

I thought that was a little high considering the work that would need to go into this place, but with the work, it could be amazing!  Even if it is on a busy street.

I thought it would sell for closer to $1,769,000.

It didn't sell and they dropped the price in March to $1,749,000.

Again, no sale so they dropped the price by $10,000 to $1,739,000 a couple of weeks ago.

It still hasn't sold and the price has been dropped again...

To $1,699,000.

Is it the parking situation?  I don't get the parking situation.  Is that a garage at the back or is that a shed?  I know there is a pad spot at the front...

Either way, this house could be great.....

It just needs work.
