PRICE DROP #3- 360 Walmer Road - CASA LOMA

I first posted this house in December.

I said I didn't get it.

There is no living room or dining room.  There is a basement family room and a space off the kitchen but the only place to eat is at the kitchen counter.  So you either make that kitchen space the dining room and any living space is in the basement or you eat at the counter when you have guests.

Weird, right?

Sure, this is 4+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on a 25 x 174.75 foot lot.  When it was last listed before it was torn down, it was priced at $1,199,000.

The asking price in December as this new house was $3,249,000.

I thought it was going to be a tough sell.

And it has been.

This house saw its first price drop in February to $2,999,000.

I still thought it was too high and the price was dropped again at the begining of March to $2,899,000.

It never sold....like the other grey houses that haven't sold....and the price has been dropped again to $2,699,000.

I still think it is too high but it's getting closer!
