106 Wychwood Park - WYCHWOOD
Though this is a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired new build (I think, it could be a rebuild)...
There is something about this house that reminds me of a cross between the house at 1520 Watersedge Road in Mississauga (I think it is the living room)...
The house at 3485 Mathers Avenue in West Vancouver (the layout)...
And the house at 8 Forest Heights Boulevard in Saint Andrews (it's that glass in the office)...
This house is 4+1 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms on a 100 x 115.4 foot lot.
There are no pictures of a yard, and for some reason, there is no longer Google Streetview of Wychwood Park, so it is hard to tell if there is any yard beside the front.
But I think this house is supposed to be about the 3 car garage, the 7 car parking, the movie theatre, the walnut and the fact that this is brand new, not a yard.
It's so new, even the oven still has the sticker on it!
And the construction fence is still up!
There has obviously been a lot of work done to this place, and if this is your style, it is beautiful.
But is it going to be something for someone at $5,498,000?
I don't know.
As I have mentioned before in my post about 4 Wychwood Park, this little 'enclave' gives me the creeps.
It is beautiful but creepy at the same time.
But if you love it, you LOVE it.
So, is there someone out there for this house?
I think so, just maybe not at the price.
Especially if there is no yard.
