PRICE DROP #3 - 116 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

This 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom flip on an 80 x 49 foot lot has been on the market since October.

In September 2010, it had been listed for $1,100,000.  It didn't sell then so they dropped the price in October 2010 to $995,000.  

Not sure what it sold for but after the flip, this house was listed at $3,280,000.

And if you are like me...

This is what you were thinking....

Looks like we weren't the only ones because this house never sold and the price was dropped in February to $2,990,000.

Again.....no sale.

So...the price was dropped in May to $2,780,000.

Still not close.....

The price has dropped again.

The new price is $2,685,000.

Sorry to say...

But even after 3 drops, it's still...
