I first posted this house in December.

I didn't get it.

There is a basement family room, a family room in the kitchen, but no living room or dining room.

So....when it was priced at $3,249,000, I thought it would be a tough sell.

And then a reader pointed out that the toilet is right in front of the window...

WHAT were they thinking? 

The first price drop was in February to $2,999,000.

The second drop was in March to $2,899,000.

The third drop was in April to $2,699,000.

The fourth drop was at the end of April to $2,599,000.

Almost there......

The new price is....

$2,499,000.
