PRICE INCREASE - 85 Riverdale Avenue - RIVERDALE

When I posted this detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20 x 147 foot lot in Riverdale, I thought it was priced low.

The price was $899,000.

I thought it could go for $1,035,000.

Looks like someone agreed because the price for this house has INCREASED.

The new asking price is $949,900.

Generally, I don't get the price increase but it did work for 197 Victor Avenue!  

I don't think this will go as high as I originally thought but I do think it could sell for close to its new list.  

There is that only 2 bathroom thing...
