This house was first listed in November 2012 for $699,900.
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 16.17 x 167.83 foot lot.
When I posted it in January, I said that I thought it was a good house on a good street. It just needed a little work.
I thought it was more of a $649,000 house though.
It sold 2 weeks later...
For $699,900.
It is on the market again....
Like 266 Douglas Drive in Rosedale...
And 150 Langley Avenue in Riverdale...
And 43 Saintfield Avenue in the Bridle Path that actually closed and has been relisted for $580,000 more...
Or the house that I posted yesterday at 94 Macpherson Avenue in Summerhill that also closed and is back on the market for $40,000 more than it sold for.
Now THIS house.
And it is listed at $739,900.
WHAHHHHT is going on!?!
