I thought the asking price of $1,679,000 was too high.

Maybe if it was 4 bedrooms, but this place is only 3 bedrooms.

The price was dropped at the end of May to $1,599,000.

I still thought it would need to come down more.

It looks like they were able to avoid a drop because this house has sold.

And the took a price lower the price drop ask.

This house just sold...

For $1,565,000.

Just $9,400 less than the 4 bedroom detached at 744 Logan Avenue in Riverdale.
