PRICE DROP - 469 Euclid Avenue - LITTLE ITALY
Considering what it looked like a year ago when it was listed at $1,175,000, they have done a great job.
But the house didn't sell then for that price and it was dropped before it finally sold in October 2012 for $937,500.
Though the reno is a bit flip-ish on the inside but it is a good house. They did a LOT in a short time but It wasn't worth the almost 2 times the asking price they wanted.
The asking price was $1,795,000 after the flip.
Yes....$1.8.
So, of course, the price has been dropped.
The new price is $1,749,000.
It's not a bad flip...
But not sure that's going to do much.
