The backyard doesn't look huge but this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located on a 19.58 x 132.33 foot lot which is pretty big. It's just that most of the back is taken up by a boat.

What's worse? A boat in a neighbour's backyard or an RV? In this case, I might be going with boat.
Because this house is on a laneway, there are extra windows on the side of the house but it still means it is on a laneway.
This house has a lot of potential but it needs lots of work.
Since the gutter just 3 doors down at 98 Givins Street was listed at $849,000 and sold for $849,000, they probably feel this is worth more thinking it needs less work.
But I think it needs just as much work if not more!
Plus it is on a lane.
This place is listed at $959,000.
Oh! And it was listed less than a year ago for $849,000 presumably with out selling!
So...this place could be good if you are okay with the lane. But it just needs too much work to justify that price.
It will either sit or have lots of price drops until it gets to a more realistic $815,000 price tag.
