I am kind of obsessed with this house.
Or at least what it could be once it is updated.
It is 5+1 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in 7,000 square feet on a 35 (to 50 feet pie shaped) x 165 foot lot.
It's got a similar feel to the house at 2 Hedgewood Road in York Mills...
And it reminds me a lot of the A. Quincy Jones designed Brody Estate...
(which sold for $14,880,000 US)
There is a lot of updating that could be done here though like the kitchen, maybe the floors (or keep them but paint them dark grey or something...maybe something like the driveway, but then you have driveway floors or just keep them as is like the Brody House above), and maybe some new furniture.
But I might consider keeping the O.C. poster if it comes with the house...
Those rooms above the kids' rooms are pretty amazing.
Basically, I love this house and what it could be.
It was listed at $3,925,000.
It took over a month (how did I miss it!?!) but it finally sold...
For $3,700,000.
Maybe the floors are just too shiny....
UPDATE: Sirloin steaks! It is a floor of shiny sirloin steaks.
