mishMASH Monday - PRICE DROP
Just under a year ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house at 78 av. Sunnyside in Westmount, Montreal.
It is the first time it has been listed in 40 years so, though it is very well looked after, there are parts that need work. The kitchen is probably 40 years old and the bathrooms are really dated as well. And though I kind of love that carpet, it is probably as old as the kitchen and bathrooms and should probably go as well.

utiful house that reminded me of
Douglas Stocks' house at 289 Pinehurst Road in Paris, Ontario, but less fancy.
It was listed at $2,800,000.
Perhaps it needs more work than just the kitchen and bathrooms though because this house hasn't sold and the price has dropped.
The new price for this house is...
$2,450,000.
Still too much?
