PRICE DROP #3 -34 Vesta Drive - FOREST HILL
This 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom, 5,800 square foot house on a 30 x 130 foot lot has been listed since at least last July 2012.
I first posted it in September and the listing price was $4,485,000.
I thought it was more of a high $3s house.
The fact that they put these patio doors into a house where they were asking $4.5 million...
It's not that there is anything wrong with the doors, it's just that they aren't right for this house.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped for the first time in January to $4,385,000.
A whopping $100,000!
It didn't sell and the price was dropped again in July to $3,999,000.
Well, it's been dropped again...
By $4,000.
Yup, $4,000.
The new price is $3,995,000.
That is not going to help.
